The BoatEye360 night vision camera is the most compatible camera for Lowrance fish finders and chartplotters. As far as we know, it's the only marine camera on the market with both HDMI (1080p digital) and analog RCA outputs in one camera, so it connects to every Lowrance HDS PRO, HDS Live, HDS Carbon, HDS Gen3 and HDS Gen2 Touch display with a video input. Both the BoatEye360 C-1080 V1 and V2 have the same analog and HDMI digital outputs, so they have the same compatibility.
Lowrance Elite FS, Elite Ti2, HOOK Reveal and Eagle fish finders have no video input, so they can't show a camera. Find your Lowrance model below to see which cable to use.

Does the BoatEye360 camera work with Lowrance fish finders?
Yes, on every Lowrance HDS display on this page. Every BoatEye360 camera has both an HDMI output (digital 1080p) and an RCA analog output, so you connect whichever one your Lowrance display accepts. Both the C-1080 V1 and V2 have the same outputs, so they work the same way.
Which Lowrance displays have an HDMI input?
Only the HDS PRO 12, HDS PRO 16, HDS-12 Live and HDS-16 Live. Plug the camera's HDMI cable into the port labelled HDMI IN for a full 1080p picture. The HDS PRO 9 and 10, HDS-7 and 9 Live, HDS Carbon and older HDS displays have no HDMI input.
Which Lowrance models use the analog camera output?
HDS PRO 9 and 10, HDS-7 and HDS-9 Live, every HDS Carbon, every HDS Gen3, and the HDS-9 and HDS-12 Gen2 Touch. The HDS PRO 12 and 16 and HDS-12 and 16 Live take analog too, but HDMI gives a better picture.
Do I need to buy a cable for my Lowrance display?
For HDMI, no. The HDMI cable comes with your camera. For analog, yes: Lowrance HDS displays need the HDS video adapter cable 000-11010-001 (sold separately). It fits between the display and its power cable, and the camera's RCA plug goes straight into it. No other adapter is needed.
Can I see the camera on another Lowrance display on my boat?
Plan on no. Lowrance doesn't say that a camera plugged into one HDS display's video input is shared with other displays on the network, so plan on the camera showing only on the display it's plugged into.
Why can't my Elite FS, HOOK Reveal or Eagle show a camera?
Lowrance Elite FS, Elite Ti2, HOOK Reveal and Eagle fish finders, and the HDS-7 Gen2 Touch, have no video input. "HDI" on some Lowrance models is a sonar type, not HDMI. Pair your BoatEye360 camera with our V2 10-inch marine monitor instead. It has HDMI and two RCA inputs.
Install tips
- On HDS PRO 12 / 16 and HDS-12 / 16 Live, use HDMI IN for the best picture. You don't need the Lowrance adapter for HDMI.
- The HDS video adapter cable plugs into the back of the display, and the display's power cable plugs into the adapter.
- "HDI" is a Lowrance sonar type, not HDMI. An Elite HDI or HOOK HDI has no video input.
- After connecting, open the Video screen on the display and pick the input you used.
