Furuno chartplotter camera compatibility
The BoatEye360 night vision camera is the most compatible camera for Furuno chartplotters. As far as we know, it's the only marine camera on the market with both HDMI (1080p digital) and analog RCA outputs in one camera, so it connects to every Furuno NavNet TZtouchXL, TZtouch3, TZtouch2, TZtouch and NavNet 3D display with a video input. Both the BoatEye360 C-1080 V1 and V2 have the same analog and HDMI digital outputs, so they have the same compatibility.

- HDMITZT16X, TZT22X, TZT24X, TZTBBX, TZT16F, TZT19F and TZT2BB: plug the HDMI cable into HDMI IN for a full 1080p picture.
- AnalogTZT10X and TZT13X: add the Furuno MULTI cable FRU-CCCAF14-R001G (sold separately), then plug the camera's RCA cable into it.
- AnalogTZT12F, TZTL12F, TZTL15F, TZtouch and NavNet 3D: plug the camera's RCA cable into the display's video input. NavNet 3D uses the RCA-to-BNC adapter in the box.
- No videoTZtouchE, TZT9F and all Furuno GP plotters: these can't show a camera. Use our V2 monitor instead.

Frequently asked questions
Does the BoatEye360 camera work with Furuno chartplotters?
Yes, on every Furuno display on this page. Every BoatEye360 camera has both an HDMI output (digital 1080p) and an RCA analog output, so you connect whichever one your Furuno display accepts. Both the C-1080 V1 and V2 have the same outputs, so they work the same way.
Which Furuno chartplotters have an HDMI input?
The TZtouchXL TZT16X, TZT22X, TZT24X and TZTBBX black box, the TZtouch3 TZT16F and TZT19F, and the TZtouch2 TZT2BB black box. Plug the camera's HDMI cable into the port labelled HDMI IN, not HDMI OUT, for a full 1080p picture. The TZT10X, TZT13X, TZT12F, TZTL12F and TZTL15F have no HDMI input.
Which Furuno models use the analog camera output?
TZT10X, TZT13X, TZT12F, TZTL12F, TZTL15F, TZT9, TZT14, TZTBB, MFD8, MFD12 and MFDBB. The TZT16X, TZT22X, TZT24X, TZTBBX, TZT16F and TZT19F take analog too, but HDMI gives a better picture.
Do I need to buy a cable for my Furuno display?
Usually not. The HDMI cable, RCA cable and RCA-to-BNC adapter all come with your camera. The only extra cable on this page is the Furuno MULTI cable FRU-CCCAF14-R001G. You need it for analog on the TZtouchXL, which makes it a must for the TZT10X and TZT13X. On the TZT16X, TZT22X, TZT24X and TZTBBX, use HDMI and you don't need it.
Can I see the camera on another Furuno display on my boat?
Plan on no. Furuno's NavNet 3D manual (MFD8, MFD12, MFDBB) says an analog camera only shows on the display it's plugged into. For TZtouch and TZtouch2, Furuno's own camera setups wire the video to each display separately. Furuno doesn't clearly say for the TZtouch3 and TZtouchXL, so plan on the camera showing only on the display it's plugged into.
What if my Furuno model has no video input?
The TZtouchE (TZT9E, TZT13E), the 9-inch TZT9F and Furuno GP plotters such as the GP-1971F, GP-1871F, GP-3700F and GP-39 have no video input, so they can't show a camera. Pair your BoatEye360 camera with our V2 10-inch marine monitor instead. It has HDMI and two RCA inputs.
Install tips
- Use the port labelled HDMI IN. Ports labelled HDMI OUT or DVI only send the plotter's screen out and can't show the camera.
- On TZtouch3 and TZtouch2 displays, the video inputs are leads on the cable at the back of the display, labelled VIDEO IN 1 and VIDEO IN 2.
- On the TZT2BB black box, use HDMI. Its analog inputs only take PAL video.
- After connecting, open the Camera (or Video) screen on the display and pick the input you used.
