DEFINITIONS

“Opting In” / “Opt In” means requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

“Text Message Service” means any arrangement where we send one or more messages to your mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or similar technologies.

CONSENT TO TEXT MESSAGING

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from BoatEye360. Messages may include customer support, order updates, installation coordination, warranty/service communication, product information, and other transactional or service-related messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

These Terms are incorporated into and subject to our website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (as posted on our website).

E-SIGN DISCLOSURE

By opting in, you consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP (see “Opting Out” below).

BOATEYE360 TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. We use information you provide through the Text Message Service only to send you mobile messages and respond to you.

We may share information with service providers that help deliver messages (such as messaging platforms, wireless carriers, and vendors supporting the Text Message Service).

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may disclose information if required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our rights; or to protect our property or users.

This Text Message Service Privacy Policy applies only to the Text Message Service and does not modify our broader website Privacy Policy.

COSTS

BoatEye360 does not charge for the Text Message Service. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

This Text Message Service is primarily conversational, person-to-person communication between you and BoatEye360 employees. Message frequency varies based on your requests, order activity, and support needs.

OPTING OUT

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT to any message.

After you opt out, we may send a one-time confirmation message. Because this is person-to-person communication, opt-out requests apply to the specific conversation thread/number you are texting.
